Our story
Hatched began with Lex and a vision for a different kind of technology.
When Dan and Lex met while camping at Hakea, a permaculture farm and community near Raglan, we found a strong connection through the values we share and the way we feel technology can support people and businesses.
From there, Hatched evolved into what we are building together today.
We want to create technology that gives people more ownership, more freedom and more time for what matters.
Our own experiences have shown us how much time, energy and resources can go into technology while still leaving people wanting more.
That experience became part of why we're here.
We want to make technology easier to use, easier to own and genuinely useful in everyday life.
